Placing and cancelling orders

Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Returns/Exchanges
We pride ourself on the quality of our products and our exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Before returning the item please email jackiet@bigpond.net.au with a return request. We will happily exchange, refund or credit you for the item at your request as long as the item is returned in exactly the same condition as it was received. Customer to pay cost of reteurn postage to Fashionablly Large Shoes.

Customers to pay for return postage of shoes for exchange or refund. Please contact our Customer Service Team for details for returning ites.
When you return goods to us please use an Australia Post Satchel or Registered Post as we are not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit.
