DELIVERY FAQS If I place my order today, when will I receive it? If you purchase and pay for your order by 2.00 p.m. Adelaide time on weekdays, we will process and pack your order that afternoon ready for courier pick up (unless advised otherwise). Delivery will be overnight on Monday to Thursday for most metropolitan deliveries and larger regional centres. Friday orders would normally be delivered on the following Monday. More remote locations may take a few days longer. Who will deliver my order? For most of our orders, we now use Australian Air Express. We have chosen this service because it is the most reliable and efficient service available. To further ensure the security of your order someone will need to be there to sign for delivery. If no one is there for delivery you will need to leave instructions as to where the parcel can be safely left. If you are not usually home during the day, we suggest leaving your work address as the best shpping address. If your order cannot be safely left at your address, please have it delivered to your work address or another safe address. If no instructions are given and no one is home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection and a notification card will be left for you. If this diversion is ecessary we regret that a charge of $7.50 diversion fee will need to be charged.
Do you ship to overseas addresses? We offer free shipping currently to New Zealand, and we have a flat rate shipping price of $40 AUD to the UK and US. NOTE: Please allow for a delay in delivery time for orders placed during or around Public Holidays. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days we will notify you via email. |
